Non-defective returns of products sold on this website must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Package must be sealed, unopened and in original product condition. Customer has the option of a refund, credit or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for refunds. For credits and exchanges, the restocking fee will reduce the value of the credit or exchange by 15%. VCM Products, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete, opened or damaged products.
Defective products sold on this website must be returned within fifteen (15) days of invoice date. Customer has the option of a credit, exchange, or a replacement. VCM Products, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason at it's discretion.
Prior to shipping, all refunds, returns, or exchanges must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number specifically issued by VCM Products, LLC for each return. The Customer shall obtain the RMA number by calling Customer Service at 732-455-BUGS or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the following information: Customer name, applicable invoice number, and details of Customer’s issue with the product. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer. The RMA number must be written on the outside return label and also on the inside of the package. Please include a copy of the original invoice in the return package. Customer has five (5) days to return a product after the applicable RMA is issued. VCM Products, LLC reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that occur after the five (5) day period or those involving Products that are unaccompanied by valid RMA’s.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items. VCM Products, LLC will be responsible for shipping costs of replacements or exchanges of returned defective items, and will match the Customer’s shipping method. VCM Products, LLC will not refund shipping costs for any products that are refunded for non-defective reasons.
It is at the discretion of the Customer to purchase full insurance to cover any loss or damage that may be incurred during transit of shipments being returned or refunded, as well as using a carrier and shipping method that provide proof of delivery. VCM Products, LLC assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during such shipment
If the shipment arrives at Customer’s address DAMAGED, Customer should REFUSE to accept delivery from the carrier. If Customer does accept delivery of such a package, Customer must: (i) note the damage on the carrier's delivery record so that we may file a claim; (ii) save, as is, the merchandise AND the original box and packaging it arrived in; and (iii) promptly notify Customer Service either by calling Customer Service at 732-455-BUGS or emailing at email@example.com to arrange for carrier’s inspection and pickup of the damaged merchandise. Customer must note the damage and save the received merchandise and must notify Customer Service within twenty four (24) hours of delivery acceptance, otherwise Customer will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise as if it had arrived undamaged.
Any credit issued to Customer under this return policy must be used within one (1) year from the original invoice date and can be used for future purchases of any products sold only on this website. Any credit or portion thereof not used within the one (1) year period will automatically expire.
